Dublin Peaks. The new route over Glendoo seems to be an improvement on the older version via Cruagh which looked like mostly paths and tracks. A nice route with lots of variety. Didn't quite manage to make 4:30 as I hoped, conditions were soft, and I lost 5 or 10 mins taking a terrible line off Glendoo. All the hill runners who'd done a recce knew where to go, and the smart orienteers used their O maps - forgot mine and didn't concentrate coming off the tope. Otherwise the route was good.
Fell on Glendoo, seemed Ok for the next 20km, but in the evening my knee swelled up enormously.
