Munster Champs. New area (to me anyway), open hillside with a few features, not very difficult but an enjoyable run, and nicely planned with long legs at first and a series of short legs in slightly more complicated gorse & forest at the end. Bracken was mapped, I hope becomes normal though darkish yellow may not be the right colour. Saw Olivia at no.3, lost 4 mins there but caught up at no.9 and we distracted each other round the rest of the course, but also probably pushed each other to go faster.

Cycled Trooperstown. Lovely moonlit night. A bit of a delay when the (leaderless!) group split for a while, so left out the far forest because of the time. Inhaler.
