In Lahnus. First part was in very nice terrain but the rest was awful jungle. Orienteering went pretty well but again I started to get exhausted after 40 minutes.

Running (pram jogging) 36:00 [3] 5.3 km (6:48 / km)

Circuit training 15:00 [1]

Including pilates movements. My pilates programme (or Petri Kokko's) hasn't helped much. The right thigh muscle and the right buttock (piriformis muscle?) are still aching, almost all the time. The pain just changes it's place every now and then but the feeling is practically the same.

Weight is going lower pretty well but actually I should be more concerned about the fact that I have lost a lot of muscles. Especially the stomach muscles have disappeared somewhere...

Orienteering (night) 35:00 intensity: (20:00 @3) + (15:00 @4) 3.4 km (10:18 / km)

Night orienteering in Petikko. I chose a short course because I didn't want to spend the whole night in forest. The course was, I guess, meant for beginners, and beside it wasn't even dark when I started but still I managed to do some mistakes. Maybe 1,5 minutes. But I had a good time there anyway.

They even had a routegadget: http://www.espoonakilles.fi/RouteGadget/cgi-bin/re...
