Hamstrings very tight after using spikes for the first time. Had to stretch them throughout the day

Hurdle drills followed by learning how to actually hurdle.
Managed it pretty well apparently. Have only practiced three in a row so far, will have to see how I cope with 10 on the day.
Now r&r till race day.

Spikes helped a lot.
Adding in the turn at the top of the jump

Had to stop polevault for relay training
Must remember to keep to the correct side of the lane when changing over.

Rolling sprints training, 40, 50, 60, 70m sprints then less intense technique running followed by hurdle drills.
Walk back after each sprint.
