Note

Nice rest day. Watched the sprint in the park then went for some food in town before a nice walk along the river back to the accom.
10 AM

Running (road) 11:45 intensity: (1:01 @0) + (10:44 @1) 1.84 km (6:24 / km) +4m 6:19 / km

With Ellie and Gina to the indoor orienteering. Hot out. Nice easy rest day run really.

Orienteering 13:49 intensity: (21 @0) + (4:01 @1) + (3:46 @2) + (4:57 @3) + (44 @4) ***** 1.03 km (13:27 / km) +2m 13:19 / km

Indoor-o no.1 - 4th

Very very fun. Crazy intense with just almost constant map reading. Missed some routes, particularly 3 & 7 but mostly ok. A minute would be hard to find.

Orienteering 9:33 intensity: (32 @0) + (7:20 @1) + (1:34 @2) + (7 @3) ***** 0.95 km (10:01 / km) +16m 9:14 / km
ahr:136 max:155 spiked:12/14c shoes: New Balance 880-V7

Went again because we could and it was only a like "come and try it" day. Took it more relaxed and made some wild errors, getting confused which floor I was on. Still top fun. I really do enjoy the old huge scale orienteering.
