Seems like the meniscal tear from 2016 that I completely forgot about until I tried to look up the MRI that I thought I got in 2012 but actually got in 2016 has been re-agravated. Another change to the exercise program, but this feels more like it might be the actual problem. That's good an bad I guess, hard to fix but maybe I can do the right exercises for it now.
Would probably have helped if I remembered this in May but sure.
