Bit of a different one, got dropped in the Glendasan miners village and up camaderry. Plan had been to go up towards conavalla then down the mullacor ridge but the weather was really grim, fog down visibility like 2-3m windy and cold. I also was feeling quite bad so changed the o plan and down to Glendalough. Classic lovely descent though my legs were a little DOMSy from Friday gym. Calm in the valley and took my jacket off and got motivation to do more. Did a loop in the forest on the lugduff side which was a nice effort. Some good long climbs and was moving well. Sun came out and nice views then and lovely and warm. Got a bit windy towards the end but not too cold. Nice to get over the 2hrs when I was not up for it in the first 20 mins

The Wall after a coffee with Shea. Going mad climbing Whites and trying green/mint. The old double session progress.

Met up with Shea at the bottom of Massey's. Up to Cruagh a nice way by the river and a loop up top. Started raining just at the start but stopped after like 5 mins. On the boardwalk in Cruagh shea creased himself and got a fairly big cut. He seemed grand apart the the surprise and we continued. Realise he had lost his GPS further down the hill so back up and met Gina to find it. Then back to the car with Gina too.

Looking for somewhere a bit different, headed to Paddock hill area. Lovely run, rain held off and I felt really good. Just taking it handy but moving along nicely. Lovely paths up there too.

Not too bad today actually. Few pints last night and I slept like a baby!
