Shadowing all kinds of everybody. Just running around the hill and jumping on the tail of whomever came by, shadowing them for a leg or two and trying to give helpful tips or pointers based on what I saw. Hopefully I was of some use to some people. Forgot to start my watch for the run to the start so I was out longer than this even. Quite fun really, and not as cold as I had thought I'd be. Even when standing around waiting for someone to come by.

Poor uptake on the control collecting. Jonny, Gina, Conor & Ruth deserve big credit for getting it done. Dave just deserves credit for the whole weekend and he went and got some of the far away ones. Got some up on the hill ones. legs were a bit spent after 2 hours or so running after people but it was nice to do my own orienteering :)

Run back from the training day on Brockagh With Conor, Cillin, Jonny and Killian. Whole day spent standing on the mountainside coaching people was good to do, but didn't make me super up for a run. Once we got going though it was truly amazing. Super clear day, no wind, icy cold but when well dressed no problem. Just enjoyed being out and having the chats.
Shower wasn't quite as warm as would have been nice back in the hostel...

Ran home, getting in the old mid-week long run. Wasn't super up for it but was grand once I started. Moving very well for the first 10k (downhill), then grand for the next 5k or so but the last bit from the Dodder home was a bit of a struggle uphill into the wind. Could do with a small headtorch for the park bit. Met Gina cycling to singing coincidentally and gave her my hi-vis.

Home early and straight to climbing. Felt pretty good today and even got a green (9/10 difficulty whatever that means!) Tired though, need some sleep and legs know about the weekend.
