Started Lamb Doyles with the plan of doing similar to last 2 weeks except backwards. Met some friends on the way up the open and they said it was super grim up top (and I judged them for t-shirt + shorts as a result) so I decided to stay lower. Muddy times still. Made up a loop on the fly that dropped down to Fernhill and gave that a proper explore. Nice little spot to run around and not too busy today either. Was feeling tired then but continued up for an out and back to Ballyedmonduff. 3 mins of grim past the 3rock masts and a little loop around Ticknock where I was happy out. Worked out very nicely. Tired afterwards but no knee problems apart from the usual stiffness later.

3x abs things (alternating dead bug, leg lowers) with some planks thrown in
interleaved with whatever I felt like on the rings, so some attempts at dips, push upsy things and ring rows.

Nice midweek run up Fairy Castle in the rain. Little bit of wind but kind afun to be out in some bad weather while not being cold. Bit tired by the end but moving pretty ok.

Easy one along the self named river path. Nice bit of chat, feeling good apart from a bit tired in the shoulders from this new pull up bar and rings. BAck in time and showered for my 11 oclock meeting too.

10% increase per week running for a while now. so Goal 44km. I'll also try to get up to 5 days, so that extra day will be fairly short

Monday: Strength. The once a week physio exercises + the 3 times a week ones + whatever else I feel like
Tuesday: easy run - 5k
Wednesday: Aonghus hills - 13k
Thursday: 4k + strength
Friday:
Saturday: orienteering? - I'm feeling like this might be nice for the head + strength
Sunday: Long run
