Knee has not been happy today at all. Had physio in the evening, new one as my previous one left to move to Kerry. Had a seriously intense dry needling on my upper calf which has left it somewhat battered but it seemed to take a reasonable amount of pressure off the knee! Physio not too concerned with the flare up yesterday, take it easy for a few days and then go back to the 3 days a week running, do more foam rolling to keep the quads and calves from nubching up.
