Physio was good. Not as much needling but a bit in the quad. Discussed the MRI report a bit more and talked about the phsychological impacts of it. Also got some quad stretches that are a bit less stresful on the knee and some knee kneecap alignment exercises. Feeling reasonably positive about this atm.

Windy and uphill. Going very slowly. Definitely a few niggles in the knee that would have stopped me pre MRI but more recent idea is that I can likely just work through them. Makes me feel a bit closer to myself being able to cycle somewhere and back again for a run.
