Yesterday I felt truly awful, heavy and sluggish, struggling to run for 20 minutes. Today I felt light-footed, like my form was perfect and just all round great. It changes quickly eh?

Up the path to Ballyedmonduff road for my "long" run. Beautiful morning and the path is very nice. Birds and trees galore. Made my day really and only 8:30.
