The Trossachs SOL2 - decent run but lost 5 mins on no 13 due to bad route choice compounded by not reading map in circle well enough and just missing control on first attempt.

South Achray Middle distance - walked round as feeling queasy and ate too soon before event. Stopped after first third but decided to do rest of course after chat to Roz.

Keech run at Redcastle with some walking - 14 degrees C! track recovering well from felling operation. 2.3

Brahan evening run. Started sluggish but picked up and last Km (downhill) under 5 mins.

Thighs a bit lactic after weekend walks.
