Street race had a few little errors but I did ok :D Was 1st w16 who was running both days but got beat my floz (Florence Haines) by 1 min but she didn't run yesterday..

Ran to start with mum and jogged back with a man who finshed a few seconds behind me who unfortunaley lost his SI Card.

Had ok run but made a few mistakes nearnest girl junior to me was Katherine Hall on 1hr 16mins, so I won running up, was pleased :D will put my route on routegadget if they have it! but if not i will put it on some other way. I fell backwards down a steep hill and i have a big brouse on my bum :P

3 min timed run to begin with I was the only girl who did't walk at all.
Our team won all our games i scored 12 baskets out of 13 shot :P
we won overall by 2 points.

With mum, bit of wind in face on way out and up and had to slow for a van and a bus.

I think that Craft and design should count as intesity 5 training my arms are bloody aching from sawing that steel for a whole period it is really hard!!

Fitness stuff today, was pretty hard after the weekend but I think I was the only one trying i lapped everyone twice on all 3 excercises!! but like fartlik training but running then with sticks then will ball....
