From home to the gym. trying to beat 18mins but got the stitch near the end (ate a sandwich 15 mins before running) so slowed down. still happy, felt good.

Not concentrating. 9 min mistake on number 2. 12 and a half mins lost overall. came 7th. could have come 2nd if hadn't lost the 12.5 mins. left foot went semi numb.
