Much better race. Actually concentrating and running as if a race. a few little mistakes but nothing major. felt sick near the end but allgood.

Orienteering race (NZ Sec Schools) 53:59 [4] *** 5.3 km (10:11 / km)

Not concentrating. 9 min mistake on number 2. 12 and a half mins lost overall. came 7th. could have come 2nd if hadn't lost the 12.5 mins. left foot went semi numb.
