mainly just continuous run (still in snow though its finally going) did some interval work though on the way back.

round spittal, still a bit of snow but not as much as before :)

rowing (indoor) 30:00 [4] 5.0 km (6:00 / km)

500m warm up

2000m piece (practice for wknd) time 8:11.

split times; 500m- 1.57, 1000m-2.04, 1500m 2.06 2000m- 1.54

1000m piece,
500m piece,
250m piece,
250m piece.
500m warm down.
1 minute(ish!) rest between each piece.
was really happy coz for last 2 x 250m each was still under 1 minute, which is what i had been aiming for :)

and its my birthday sleepover type thing tonight :) ( were gonna have a ceilidh in the living room hehe :L)
