just went round a blue, really enjoyed the woods but felt my orienteering wasn't very good, overshot about 6 of the controls and just all a bit wobbly. ah well....
just rowed. did the 2km in just under 9 minutes, it felt really good to go on the machine and have fun without having to basically kill myself!

did some repetitive weight work. i dont like pushing heavy weights so i tend to push light weights more frequently. anyway in my opinion that makes it more like rowing. :)
sit rower;
20 on the lightest
10 on the second one
5 on the 3rd one
repeat that though twice
then repeat the same theory for the chest press weights one.
