out in the 8 for the first time this year :) went really well, did a lot of square blade work to focus on finishes and hand positions and also a lot of body swing/quarter slide work. need to focus on my posture and core stability more.

Note

went down to clash wood (were i sometimes go running) with dad as we are considering mapping it to use for invoc coaching days so went to see how good it would be as an orienteering wood. by the looks of things me, dad and jo are going to try and plan something there for june.

also tonight going to an anti-valentines party haha :) should be fun...

such a nice change to indoor rowing :)

quite a relaxed session since competitions are over. first km in 4.07, first 2 km in 8.50 then focused on posture and technical stuff since rowing's on this weekend because the canal's not frozen anymore :)

ross shire schools cross country. i came 6th :) out of 25. felt like i was running well. was a really good course and enjoyed it but it was also hard work!

run at spittal after school!! its now light enough even when i get off the bus which is great :) no more treadmills for me haha
