went round most of the brown course dads planning next week for an invoc c4 (i'm at scotjos training next weekend) was quite slow coz there was snow and i decided to focus on different technique work since i haven't been focusing on technique stuff in a while....

Note

no rowing this weekend cause the canals frozen again :(

went for a walk up a hill in the snow (deep near the top) near culloden. the views were actually really nice :)

went round spittal but half way round realised there was a track i had never actually run down (even tho i go running here all the time) and didn't no where it went so decided to run along it and see. turns out it takes you to some fields...
