in the 8 just focusing on technique, did focus 40's and 30 stroke starts.

went out in doubles. was the wettest outing ever we came back looking like we'd capsized! it was so typical we were about 2 km from the boathouse when it suddenly started raining really heavily. came back frozen and soaked but then we all went to Tesco to get some chocolate :)

went for a cycle instead of circuits since it was sunny :) and because i wanted to do something not as strenuous as circuits after the weekend!
