training at carse with dad, did the same stuff as yesterday. no snow :) i want to hopefully get out sometime mid week to do more technical training, and then both days next weekend as well.

went out in a double with eileen, not been rowing much over winter so just getting back into it. did slide work and a couple of starts

orienteering 1:05:00 [3] 5.1 km (12:45 / km)

i want to do more technical training before the comps in april, so went to craig leach today (a lot of snow) and dad shadowed me round a few courses we'd planned. founnd it really useful and good to be focusing on the technical stuff. did some at race pace and some slower with accurate pace counting and bearings. didnt bother using kites, which i found quite good coz i had to actually find the feature.

went for a bike ride coz it was a nice afternoon :)

run at spittal and 3 hill reps, didn't push myself because i didnt feel like it, but it was such a sunny afternoon =)

running intervals (treadmill) 22:00 [4] 2.3 mi (9:34 / mi)

warm up, intervals on the treadmill (pyramid type thing going up and down in '2's from 7 mph to 8 mph and staying at 8 mph for 4 mins) and then warm down

stretching and core work 12:00 [2]

plank, side plank (both sides) and a lot of stretching after treadmill

fun game senior boys vs senior girls for comic relief :D we lost 3-1 but was such a funny sunny day yaaaya (and we had red face paint =D )
