orienteering 1:06:00 [3] 6.0 km (11:00 / km)

technical training at balavil really hilly!! lovely day though views on top of hill were good. felt pretty good supposing its a technical area.

Note

oh and went to loch morlich afterwards and got an ice lolly nom nom nom. so nicey and sunny finished my book (for the fifth time)

long long hill walk up some munro in the cairngorms it wasnt steep or anything but a long way in and out. really nice day though although it was a bit blustery on top.

two 3km circuits at clah, put out controls on one circuit whilst jo did it on the other then swapped circuits and collected them in. was pretty good technical training i reckons :) spent a bit long decideing where to put a control but apart from tht it was good (and sunny)

run at monach mor. bit stiff after weekend still. hmmm should of stretched off more. i want it to be sunny again aaaah missing the weather down south so bad

should have done a bit more then 15 minutes but it was lunch time and i wanted fooooood.
