hill run up ben wyvis, sometimes really hard work and intensity 5 but going down was a lot easier so overall i gave it intensity 3. 57:42 minutes to An Caber (top of the ridge) which im really chuffed with. took about 25 mins each wy across the ridge to the summit and another 20 mins back down. reallly enjoyed it which im surprised at because i wasnt really expecting to. then went to go see mum finish the highland cross :)
