orienteering 59:28 [4] 5.5 km (10:49 / km) +250m 8:49 / km

not a good run, head all over the place. some controls were fine others weren't. struggled with number 3 most of all just too low on the slope. apart from that though their were a couple of bits which seemed to be going well, particulalarly towards the end.

longer run at spittal, did a 1km time trial pushed myself but still being careful about my ankle, no problems though (: very happy. time 3:57

easy recovery run to see how ankle is. no problems at all (:

stretching and core work to help ankle a bit more. should really start doing more of this!
