training day with seds at speyside, in the morning we were in Ellan wood, did 3 loops (1.5km each) and in the afternoon went to achlean and did a 6.5km course, controls 1-5 we did as a control pick, then to number 17 me and Kirsten did a pairs map memory which went really well and then did anoter control pick to finish with. a good day's training (:

went rock climbing in the aquadome for the first time in like 2 years, was sooooo good cant wait to get back! forgot how much fun it was and i like to think i was getting up pretty tough routes so quite chuffed with mself :D we were there for like 2 hours but the amount of time i actually spent on the wall was about 30 mins beacause i was belaying/getting ready adn stuff like that as well
