foot still a bit sore but better then it was. hoping its better for the British next week. and the school leaving dance thing on tuesday!! can't believe im leaving school. been looking forward to this for ages but now i feel kinda sad :(

got a sore foot from yesterday =( have no idea how because i didn't feel like i did anything to it, it just got sore, like the arch on top. So going to rest it a while.

on the other hand had a shift at work today again, so busy in the pool still its craaazy. really tired from shouting at people and telling people off :L

quite a good run, though there was a lot of fallen trees and it was raining. watching my feet most of the way to not slip over!
