fitness class (pure legs bums and tums) 30:00 [2]

was hoping to book into a toning or body pump class but I think since its the week before Christmas then there is less classes on at the gym just now, so did this one instead. It was good, similar to any toning class really, will probably go to it again.

quick run on the treadmill, 11kmph

did at 11kmph, feeling quite good but then again its been ages since I've been running so legs feeling fresh.

warm up/down (treadmill) 5:00 [1]

usual arm reps, 3 x 10 x 5 different ways to lift them so 150 in total, using 3kg weights
