Orienteering race 16:00 [5]

Not good :(
Got disqualified despite touching the control, it wasn't working for a section of time it seemed as several of us starting in a row got disqualified there, should have double checked though as was unsure about the light but thought it beeped :( feel slightly less stupid now after the race has been voided
Wasn't a good run anyway though, legs feeling awful and route to 8 wrong but otherwise OK though hesitant
Nothing like the feeling in Venice 3 weeks ago which was a shame

Legs felt heavy and slow, went out far down with Estonian girl but lost her on route to 1, missed good route to 2 but otherwise OK until spectator and last loop

2 x sprint in Danish sprint relay, first one racing, second running hard but not 100%, really good fun! First ever sprint relay and it was great
