Running (Orienteering) 40:00 [4]

Had to check control sites for our KNC we are organising next week.
Gentle 40minute run, with a couple of steady hills.

Did run up this set of stairs though, my old time was 1.19 and tonight I did it in 1.11, usually I do these stairs at the beginning of the run as well, so after 34mins of running I was pleased with this.

Didn't get really out of breath compared to running, good endurance, 5 mins extra than last week though so a slight improvement!

Did a 1km warm up, along the grass where I would be doing the intervals, then did dymanic stretches.

lap 1- 4.52
lap 2 - 4.49
lap 3 - 5.02

with a 2minute rest inbetween each one.

was very pleased with this session as have not done intervals for a long time! felt really good, getting tired towards third one as the time will show so maybe need more rest next time! ( sorry I only got your email after the training session otherwise would have had more rest!)

A short blue around epping woods, it was a lovely area, really runnable!
I thought I would be really tired from the training day and night o yesterday but actually felt quite strong. Just kept trying to push all the way- was doing control flow really well so I could keep the physical aspect up. Only made one mistake it was 5mins though! Know where I went wrong, didn't execute all the plan- from attack point didn't think enough!

Really pleased and had confidence! I came 13th out of 43!!! =D
