Running long 1:11:06 [4] 9.5 km (7:29 / km) +55m 7:16 / km
slept:9.5

I was a little nervous before going out because I didn't think that I would be able to keep going for 70minutes. However, I really suprised myself and I really enjoyed the session. I went out with my ipod which was a huge help as it took my mind off how out of breath I was! the sun was shining as well :)

I did a 5minute warm up, started off quite slow as well, the first 1.25km was getting over to Trosley Country Park, I went up the Downs once, with a few little hills along the way. I stopped once for about 20secs because the slope was very slippery but as soon as I got back on top I got going again. My usual "getting tired" time is about 40mintues, so once I got past this barrier by 5 minutes it was OK again, I still had the energy to push the last 1.25km back home, beating my time on the way there by 13 secs!

For a cool down I jogged for 5 mintues and stretched for 10minutes when I got home.

Really enjoyed the session and it made me feel really good!

Stretching 15:00 [4]
rhr:57

Heart rate isn't really dropping but I feel okay in myself!

Felt really tight walking home from the bus stop especially my calves and I wanted to loosen these up for the weekend.

So stretched all my major leg muscles with a 2 minute round the living beforehand! Feel so much looser now.

Didn't do the circuits tonight as strecthed instead because thought that was more important for the weekend, need to start getting up in the mornings to do the circuits on a friday, so next week I will do circuits instead of a plank session as I do this in pilates a lot and not go too mad though.

Then running the course I did 45 minutes.
About 70%-75% pace, again a few times up the north downs so really tried at these.
