Did a solid run, but realize I have lost some major speed. Did 4:30, 4:46, 3:20, 2:02, 1:30, 1:01, 1:02, with 1/2 recovery intervals at paces from 6:14-5:53, bascially at threshold pace, but felt harder than that. So I need to get back into the consistency of stuff like this to work on getting back in gear.
