1.9 miles in 5 mins
0.7 miles in 4 mins
3 miles in 6 mins
1 miles in 5 mins
2.8 miles in 5 mins
4.6 miles in 6 mins

Thank you Mr Google Map Pedometer! My Garmin wasn't up to the job (needed a hard reset).

Really enjoyed the cycling though marred by coming off just by the right hand turn into Waverley station on the way home. Basically was overtaking bus, which then took avoidance action around a suddenly stopping taxi (it's wheel fell off!) and pushed me, who was in the right hand lane anyway) over onto the deathly tram tracks.

Have smashed my head, got a hole in my leg, grazed arm and sore shoulder/hip/ribs.

Lovely.

Walking 40:00 [3] 2.8 mi (14:17 / mi)

Pushing a baby around Holyrod Park.

Nice walk in the sunshine, singing like a strange person to the baby.

Squats - 61
Sit ups - 81
Push ups (modified) - 17

(100 pressups/100 sit ups/200 squats challenge)

Don't actually feel I am at the right level as they don't particularly seem all that arduous.

Physio 40:00 [1]

Shoulder very sore. Hip ok.
12 PM

Strength 15:00 [3]

Shoulder workout:

15 reps both sides of shoulder raises (one out to side, one in front) x 2 (very hard work!) - half weights for this due to shoulder.

15 reps of reverse flies x 2 sets (one legged, bent forward) No weight for these as the pain was rather great - really sets off the impingment syndromw.

V sit up 15 reps x 2 sets

Out and in sit ups 15 reps x 2 sets

Side plank x2

NB Podcast Borked.
1 PM

Note

Physio

More poking of spine. This time C5/7 which basically has left me with a blinding headache.

Note to the wise - physio + sunburn = new word for pain.

Very sore shoulder now.

Carry on with exercises bah.
