Slept in, felt more sprightly than usual so decided to stick to my date of first jog. Felt nice, springy most of the way, tired near end and a bit dizzy/headachey. Start of good things to come hopefully :)
HR after (Gerald's battery is dead at mo): 141. Not bad. Not great.
20mins later (10mins core, 5mins stretchin 5 mins rest): 95. Much better than before.

Just after run/core. Continued in bath. Aches from climbing easing.

New routes. Did all the 3s, and some others. Lost what seems like aallll strength. Cold seems to have really wiped me.

Slept in trying to shift the cold. Will wrap up, drink lots of tea and have a tasty big lunch I think.
