Corners in the snow. Stopped for 10 after the first set to push police car out of the park.
Medium, Long, Small, Medium out {stopped to help policeman}, Medium back, Long, Small.

Pushed hard on them all but the long faff with the police meant I didn't get much out of the session. On my way back did a sprint up Conduit to try and earn my dinner.

Still feeling crap and sleepy and sneezy. Out all day and then buggered by the time I got back. Did do some physio stretches and quick exercises whilst waiting for things etc.
