Laziness day, meant to go for a run in the sunshine but got so cold walking back that it took a bit too long to defrost and I lost the motivation.

Fab sesh down at Matrix on the new routes: (Clockwise from door)
Pink - 5/6 - attempted but failed
Orange - 5 - finally managed after a few false starts, and climbed down most of it too :D
Blue - 5+ - to the dodgy one again, missed footing though.
Orange - 6 - tried and failed
Pink - 5 - Same as last time
Red - 3 - warm up
Black - 5 - Fine
Red - 6 - can't reach the last two holds and arms were a bit too tired to faff around to try and shimmey up slowly. (teeny holds :)
Purple - 6 - cheated a little bit, had to use feature for hand to stop myself falling off, but think it is possible without
Orange - 3 - warm up
Lime green - 6b - teeeeny holds, but actually not bad at all.
White - 5/6 - attempted and failed a few times.
Green - 5+ - can't get the feet right to reach, just a teeny bit too short in the arm, watched loads do it but they can all reach from the same bits I was on. Pfft.

Really good session, discovered have a lot more finger strength than I thought! Wanna try the pink and the white along the slanty wall, and the oranges near the dodgy blue next time and nail that silly green!

Early climb before work with Neill. So much better when there aren't 40 people!
Warmed up with the other 3/4s, then tried a few 5s and I think a 6 or so (well matrix 6s anyway)...
Clockwise from door:-
Orange - slanty wall, not with it, couldn't get CoB right
Blue - tried it earlier then went back to it as my last and managed it fine, would have finished if the top hold wasn't coming off. Climbed all the way down though and a guy watching me was making impressed sounds :D
Pink + Red - w/us
White - did it a silly way but still did it
Orange - w/u
Pink - CoB all over place today.
Green - couple of goes, made past to the flat wall but got tangled.

Steady stretch of the legs. Felt fine. Out along Fulwood, up Gladstone Rd, up into Crosspool then back along Lydgate and home.

Super busy, was there for over an hour but only got chance to do 6 routes. 4s and 5s.

Sit ups, press ups, planks & side planks, back bridge, pissing dog, hitlers dog and my quad physio exercises. Felt lazy after failed climbing sesh. Need to run tomorrow though.
