From Edale village hall, up to Hollins Cross (got scared of the bulls so waited for a group of walkers to go through them with me :S ) then along the ridge taking in Back Tor and Lose Hill summit, before a beautiful descent to my marshalling point, then along to check-in with the main check point crew and back to my spot. Was really slippy on the tops from the rain yesterday so was hard work with my bag on in my road trainers. Liz = shoe fail.

Picnic time and motivational comments ahoy for all those skyline runners. Gorgeous day to be out, quite jealous of them all!

Not a good nights sleep. Missed climbing before work, fairly easy day but can't stop sneezing, must pop in and get some antihistamines next week. Need to catch up on some sleep so early night tonight. May do some yoga or circuits later but may also fall asleep very soon....

No time for anything today, work was busy then got home, tried in vain to download some more papers then went shopping and cooked dinner, made cake, ate and drank wine with lovely company... hard work clearly.

This was the first rep, felt nice.
Had my bag on and it joggled around a bit which was a bit annoying but sorted it for the second one. Also really needed a wee. Hence slightly longer rest as had to freestyle it and sort out my bag - nearer 4mins than 2mins.
