BAD night. So no placement for me and no exercise at the moment. Looking forward to a nice run round Rivelin with Rach this afternoon though.

Recovery run to burn off all the sugar I had at pudding. Felt sooooo sick. Must stop eating sugary things. Longer loop than usual, slow enough not to get too sweaty and fast enough to keep warm and make my legs work a little bit after yesterday. Still so disappointed but still in the lead...just. Trunce 7 WILL be a PB.

Super tight calves again so lots of stretching on the steps. Feeling a bit better now, but also made clear I really need to get back doing my knee exercises again.

Trunce 6 - Fewer people about, no massive queue for the gate. Should have known then that even tho I felt a bit icky a PB was still within reach. Felt sick at the far end so chilled out a bit, was unconvinced I'd make it back in time for PB so didn't push much on the way back until near the farm in the final mile when I looked at my watch again and had an internal argument about whether it was possible, eventually decided yes, but too late, got to about 20m of the line, looked again and I was past time so stopped my sprint to prevent vommage. Annoyed at myself for being so lax. I may have paid for that in the points :s
