trials for the school team ...

not a very hard session but still a good bit of running cuz there were omly 6 people there! for the last 15 mins after warm down i practiced taking 45s wit roisin.

Orienteering race 12:21 [5] 2.0 km (6:11 / km)

inter club champs... did short course so i wud hav a better chance of getting points 4 club but not sure of length dont hav gps. not a very hard course cuz it wuz sprint. did well enuf though ......

training session wit lots of running but i didnt have to do sprints cuz i had 2 'save' myself for an U16 camogie match later on. finished off wit some shooting drills and then a warm down.

match with U16s.warm up of about 20 mins. didnt start cuz dey had 2 play all their own players first. got on wit 20 mins left and had a v. good game.(we won!!)

started off with running short sprints and laps. then some ball work and finished off with suicides and more running.
