First time at SuperChick for two and a half weeks, lots of lunges and oblique twists plus various plyometrics involving more co-ordination that I am capable of so early in the morning and some running around to keep warm, we did also manage to fit in a nice chat about what was wrong with Delia's crumble recipe.
I managed to trip over my own feet again on the way home, fortunately I twisted as I went down so I saved my knees but I thoroughly grazed my left hand side. I've realised I always have the same pair of trainers on when I fall over so am going to stop wearing them but my Newtons aren't really suitable for circuit training because of the lugs on the bottom. Since I adapted so quickly to the Newtons and actually feel they've helped me avoid injuries over the last few weeks (loads of people complaining of shin splints, not surprising given the distance covered over pavement) I'm considering buying some more lightweight shoes but will need to find some with decent grip to cope with wet grass over winter.

Surbiton street-O, did my usual and forgot to start the watch but this time I actually paid some attention to what time I started at. Found sattelites 10 min later, clearly the route should start and end at the same place.
I enjoyed having a potter around, various things were twinging but they seemed to loosen up with the jog,. All the controls were postboxes which led me to make a small navigational error where I thought I was at the next control, not actually that much of a problem as I just re-routed to pick up the same controls I was planning on getting anyhow. Could probably have squeezed in one more control at the end but was a bit wary after being so over time last time, ended up with four minutes spare.
