Woke up on Tuesday with horrible stomach cramps which continued through Wednesday, although bizarrely no temperature or any other systemic features of a bug. Felt a bit better today and managed to eat some dinner but I'm not sure I actually absorbed any of it, wanted to do a parkrun on Saturday so do hope I feel better by then. Briefly considered taking rehydration salts but then remembered I'd only had them when very very drunk previously and they're terrible enough then!

Dragging myself out of bed for circuits this morning was hard and then Sarah had decided to kick off the week with some running. We did four 1km runs trying to sprint finish the last 100m or so with 5min intensive abs in between. Walked most of the way home afterwards as felt a bit weary but felt nice and relaxed when doing the runs and no muscle twinges.
