Running 44:55 intensity: (9:00 @1) + (17:07 @2) + (18:48 @3) 5.94 km (7:34 / km) +8m 7:31 / km
ahr:132 max:143

Incredibly slow plod around Oxford in a massively hungover/still drunk state after only 4h sleep. Turns out my body can't cope with doing that any more, felt rubbish and actually stopped and walked several times. Port Meadow was looking lovely in the early morning sunshine though.

Spinning 48:37 intensity: (18:27 @1) + (13:56 @2) + (15:27 @3) + (47 @4)
ahr:127 max:153 weight:76kg

Still feeling drained and was lazy and didn't even try any exercise yesterday. Managed spinning but it felt like hard work right from the start. Glad I did it but not sure why I feel so exhausted.

Orienteering 44:16 intensity: (1:09 @1) + (6:52 @2) + (23:49 @3) + (12:26 @4) ** 6.42 km (6:54 / km) +29m 6:45 / km
ahr:144 max:155 spiked:23/24c weight:75.6kg

Battersea park race, helped on the start then ran. Really enjoyed this and just had one wobble where I could see the building that the control was on a corner of but couldn't work out how to get to it. However, I felt kind of drained of energy through the whole thing and the last few controls it was a real effort not to walk.

ahr:122 max:138 weight:75.8kg

Warm up:100m breaststroke, 100m crawl, 100m kick, 200m pull
500m (13:44), 400m (10:48), 300m(7:55), 200m (5:08), 100m (2:26)
Cool down:100m breaststroke
Tumble turns for virtually the whole session, still can't dictate my direction off the wall particularly well but they feel a lot smoother and hopefully will improve more with practice.
