woke up feeling crappy, with heavy legs, and did not feel good at all running, just wishing it would be over. Surprised time was one of my better ones, and below average. It seems I'll never figure out the factors the control good performance, or is it just luck, like headwinds and the like? No wind today, for example, and not too cold.
