target on this loop is 60-64, so just snuck in to avoid an OVT. Legs felt horrible, and testing the WSJs recommendations of Chilean wines the night before probably didn't help.

If its any solice, I suppose this is indication that yesterday's intervals were as hard as they felt ... or, more likely, I'm just old, worn out, and slow

The park's new multifloria sterioids initiative seems to be working in a big way to await those inclined to make more dubious route choices ...
