Sunday Aug 27

orienteering race 2:01:00 [3] 11.77 km (10:17 / km)
coc long official distance, correct time by my watch

Thursday Aug 24

running (trail/XC) 55:00 [3] 10 km (5:30 / km)
misery loop 6

(tick-friendly loop 2 variant)

I definitely feel better than I have all summer, and think I'm running better, as this loop is longer. If I were a corporation, I could restate my earnings for the summer (after, of course, I've cashed out my own backdated options and sold out to the clueless everyman). So, in light of the illness, I am restating my times for the summer. 20% sounds fair, as everything is arbitrary, nothing matters and what if it did, you have no control, and even conscious will is demonstrably an illusion.
