felt like a loop PR pace, but it wasn't to be. Think I started off too slowly, as I felt pretty good towards the end as I was kicking it in. Oh well, treat myself to a post run bowl of strawberries and honey for the effort. Is there anything that doesn't go well with honey? Even with all this machinery making modern food, that is something they'll never be able to trump.
