mediocre run, but no pain

Friday Oct 27

running (trail/XC) 25:09 [3] 4.19 km (6:00 / km)
(injured) shoes: yellow
misery loop 2 first part

was going to run up and down the creek to remind my body that it is supposed to train on consecutive days, but felt well enough to give going over the moutain a try, first time this month. No pain came out, but it felt like it wanted to on the long downhill.

Thursday Oct 26

running (trail/XC) 40:26 [3] 8.67 km (4:40 / km)
(injured) shoes: yellow
joy loop 1

no pain, but the bio-mechanical problem doesn't feel fixed. We'll see if we can get volume up to normal levels by year end. Haven't run consecutive days since NAOC, which I think was a big mistake.
