Goal:
Pyramid - 400, 800, 1200, 1600, 2000, 1600, 1200, 800, 400 on 1' rest @ 5k

Actual:
Skipped the 2k and did more like 10k pace. Heel is sore after each run even with most of 2 weeks off.
