Training Log Archive: mishortkut

Had the afternoon off work so headed out to Slieve Croob for a few hours to finish tagging and measuring up the JK stiles.
Was a damp and dark afternoon but was not alone on the hill - Bumped into Bill S and Richard W tagging control sites - Its all go :-)

It was getting dark on Croob so finished off with a nice terrain run.
started at 400m asl and ran to top of Croob then garmin quit (typical)
did lots of contouring after this and finished in complete darkness
after a good 50 mins.
by the time I got back to the van I had the makings of a good downhill only course in my head :-)
