Mountainbiking 55:11 [4] 9.63 km (5:44 / km) +400m 4:45 / km
weight:81.8kg (injured)

Mapping in Donard forest (4hrs)
then took mountain bike out on the trails - 2 times up drinahilly with the headtorch on, lovely evening, icy so went slow on the downhills.

*Feeling very hungry afterwards came home to see 2 big cakes in the kitchen!! such torture :-(

Hill run up Slieve Croob with the boys.
was planning on doing twin peaks but conditions were bad on top.
Great conditions for snowboarding - 5cm at the bottom 45cm and drifts on top :-) hard to run in.
knee ok on the way up sore on the descent.

New training and eating regime under way - weight 82.5kg want to get down to around 77.5kg by the Irish champs.
