Ran the Bridle path loop with Jack - Hard frost no headtorch,
knee didn't feel too bad - but then it was maybe frozen :-)

More snow today, got home quite early (5pm) so went for a run.
did the bridleway loop (roads & trails) snow underfoot and no headtorch - you don't need one when theres snow on the ground and a bit of moonlight.

tried to run the pose method to see if it was easier on the knee - seemed to go ok enough when i got into a rythm.
although i think it could lead to foot problems after a while - or maybe it was because I was wearing Harrys walshes!! (thought they were Jacks)

got my new exercise bike today - the snow realy is that bad :-)
Jack put it together and i did 15mins testing out different programmes.
I don't think i could use it for more than 30 mins at a time though.

Felt too bad to go for a run/cycle (drippy nose & sneezy thing)
very cold day at work in Attical (freeeezing) didn't help!

stretched etc for 20mins very unflexible and knee stiff and sore - must work on becoming more flexible

Ate too much for dinner!!
